dual core server. no speed of processor listed. no front side bus speed or memory speed listed. nor is the HD speed listed.

also: are you planning g729 or ulaw? recording all calls? some calls?

but my guess would be no. you'll likely need a quad core 2.3Ghz+ to hold 20 agents at 4:1.

but more importantly: you already have that same machine listed in YOUR signature ... so you have experience with this system ... can you hold 20 agents? LOL

which server type? (starter dual ... regular dual ... quad core ...?)

and do you know what the available bandwidth is? (Not the metered monthly, but the "maximum channels" limiting "bandwidth!", LOL)

and did you actually get all 20 agents 4:1 dial ratio with recording in the box ...?

We had it running 14 with 6:1 ratio no issues - good sound

We did get hacked once however. i think my IT said they got in via appache.

I also remember they were down with some issue for about an hour.

Before i signed up I called them on their toll free number and they were happy to answer all my questions.

hack = if they give you root access, you need to slam shut the firewall immediately.

Also, lock the phpMyAdmin folder via web folder lockdown. Known exploits in phpMyAdmin.

There are TWO dual core versions there, one is "starter" and the other is not. That's just the main page, there are several listings (but only two are duals).

I was using switch2voip.us for voip but they ripped me off so I switched to http://www.commpeak.com/ and they are great. I negotiated a grate rated with them
