softphone not ringing

My softphone is not ringing and I get this error:

You need to login into the agent interface and once it is done,u will get a call to your softphone and u need to answer.
And then a conference room will be created automatically once you answer the soft phone.
In the above example 8600051 is the conference number.
Once a call is transferred to agent,you wont get any alert on the soft phone.
Alert will be coming on the agent interface .

Try repairing database

mysqlcheck --auto-repair asterisk -p


and also check the codecs allowed in the softphone match your vicidial setup.
