Create new record on manual call

Some of our agents are making manual calls from vicidial to new leads. They want to create a new lead record when the call is made (and pre populate the field with the number). I'm sure I've seen a setting somewhere that does this but can't for the life of me find it. Anyone help??

Agents can click on manual dial and make the call. Once they make call the number will be automatically populated in the main screen.

There they can enter all the information and dispose the call. All the manual dial leads will be stored under 998 list ID.
