Dear All,
i have an issue with Agents using the park Call Button on the Agents Interface.
I would like to remove this button from the Agents interface but i did not find if that was possible in the User section.
Could you help please ?
Many thanks beforehand,
My config is :
- DBerver - bi processor Xeon Dell T610, 2*Intel® Xeon® E5607 Processor 32 G Ram, HD 300G 15 KRPM
- Weberver, Dell PE110, Xeon, 8 G Ram
- 4 dialers, Dell PE110, Intel Xeon E1220 ((3.1GHz, 4C/4T, 8M Cache, 80W, Turbo), 8GB RAM ,
- 1 Storage server, Dell PE110, Intel Xeon E1220 , 4To HD 8GB, all calls being recorded and MP3 encoded
- 3 Freepbx servers with TE420B digium cards with Echo cancellation
- 12 E1
- 1 NTP server
I have IAX trunks linking the dialers and the FreePBX servers
I Installed : VERSION: 2.4-350a BUILD: 111201-0939 from VICIBOX ISO | Asterisk 1.4 | | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation
I have 110 seats (200 agents) on this installation, we make around 120 000 calls per day, all calls are recorded, MP3 encoded and transfered to a storage server.
