Good Day Everyone,
I'm currently having a challenge in which i need to dial 2 extensions and connect them simultaneously at the same time, i have already figured out how to dial 2 extensions at the same time but the its something like its first come first serve: who ever answers first will be connected and the other will be dropped. I'm trying to dial 2 phones and bridging them at the same time.
Any thoughts would be highly appreciated, thanks ...

Um ... That is what vicidial does normally, why are you not putting these two extensions in a Campaign/Remote Agent setup?
One extension is a "Lead" and another extension is the "Remote agent". When the "Lead" answers the phone, the system dials the Remote agent and connects the two together. that's how Vicidial works normally. Nothing special about it except that not everyone uses Remote Agents that much (although I have several customers that have been using them constantly for years ... I have others that have never used one).

Thanks William but my goal is something like this:
When agent log in to vicidial, it will ring the PHONE EXTENSION of the agent on hook to that extension, what i want to establish is upon logging in to vicidial the PHONE EXTENSION of the AGENT will be dialed at the same time ANOTHER PHONE EXTENSION will be dialed also and put them in 1 meetme session.
Thanks for the big help Vicidial Group ...

That is what a campaign is. It dials an agent when the agent logs in, and when the agent presses "resume" it dials a prospect and puts them both in the same campaign.
If you want something beyond that ... you'll need to explain more, because that is what Vicidial is built to do and it seems to match your description precisely. So ... deeper explanation may be in order if this is not what you need.
LOL: Of course if you want to have a 3rd party "recording" the entire agent logged in session, that could be interesting, but at this point you just want to bridge two calls, which is what vicidial does.

Thanks for the quick reply William.
Maybe a little elaboration is needed, let me try my best.
Here goes, well as i've said, when the agent logs in to vicidial it will dial the phone extension you entered right, what i want to do is something like when agent logs in to vicidial it will dial 2 phone extension at the same time, so 1 login, 2 phone extension will ring then put those 2 on 1 session as if there are 2 agents in 1 meetme session.
Thanks (^_^)

you could try modifying the recording system to add another "extension" instead of a "recording" channel.

I actually want my two extensions to ring at the same time, how did you make it work?

Vicidial Manager's Manual has a section explaining how the RingAll option in the Ingroup settings works (all the agents in the ingroup must be OnHook agents).
Read the free version of the manual at EFLO.net's online store (free version isn't as easy to spot as the paid version, but it IS there!).
