barging outside the network

Hi need help..we configured our dialer that can be barge outside our network...Now we can access the server but when we tried to barge no audio or sound receive.

- we open port 5060 4569
- externip =XXXXX in sip.conf
- reload asterisk
please advice if I miss something.

hi still no audio.. but inside our network audio is fine

we dial 0sessionid@wanIP
and also in monitoring page we click listen but still no audio

Is there any way those outside our network can do barge but cannot do outbound?? pls advice

create a custom context and place the agent phone (external ones only) into that custom context by modifying the admin->phone record's context.

then create that context and allow it to dial only what you want.
