HI,

I have just installed a vicidial on Ubuntu 10.04.4 x64bit server. The asterisk starts up but sip phones are not registered

vicidial2*CLI> sip show peers
Name/username Host Dyn Nat ACL Port Status
0 sip peers [Monitored: 0 online, 0 offline Unmonitored: 0 online, 0 offline]

How can i get the server detect the sip accounts?
I have upated the server ip using the perl script /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl --old-server_ip=10.10.10.15

Vicidial VERSION: 2.6-372a BUILD: 120713-2123 |Ubuntu 10.04.4 64-bit | DAHDI v.2.6.1| Asterisk v.1.4.39.2-vici| MySQL Server v 5.1 | Single Server | PHP v5.3.3 | Apache2-prefork v2.2.15 | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz | RAM 4GB | SugarCRM 6.5.4

make sure the peers are created in sip-vicidial.conf.
check in the vicdial admin gui whether the old ip is changed to the new ip.

All sip peers are created in sip-vicidial.conf

check in the vicdial admin gui whether the old ip is changed to the new ip.

the vicidial admin gui shows the new server ip.
