Inbound Field Population issue

Hello, I hope this is not a duplicate question, I searched and didn't find anything related to it.

I have a working inbound campaign where my agents take calls from the queue, and using CIDLOOKUP, it does populate the fields...

The issue I am having is that it takes nearly 30 seconds once the agent clicks "Take Call" before the lead fields are populated, even though the call connects immediately. I'm still using this in a test environment with only 900 leads on the entire system, currently testing with only 1 agent logged in.

System stats: Dedicated 2x dual core 64bit 2.66 GHz Xeon with 4 GB RAM.
System "top" load average: 0.00, 0.00, 0.00

VERSION: 2.4-351a
BUILD: 111223-0043

Thank you

I have never run into that much of a delay before, even on a loaded system. How did you install vicidial?

Have you looked at mtop while this is happening?

Do you have slow query logging enabled?

what is the hardware you are using(including drives)?

I found out that a colleague of mine tried to manually update the vicidial version and that was what was causing the issue. I did a fresh install last night with version 2.6-372a, and it pops the information instantly now. There must have been a disconnect from the vicidal scripts and the database.

Thank you for your response.
