Filter SQL

Good day! I had such a situation. I need to put a filter that changes the status of the call changed to dec when the system has made 7 attempts to call. Please help

You would have to write a script to do this on the back end, there is nothing that will do this automatically.

We have discussed adding something like this as a feature, but it is a lot more complex than it appears.

there is now a filter on the campaign to ignore leads after a specified number of attempts, the number can be changed as a preference on the campaign.

you can also use the dispo call URL in conjunction with the no-agent URL to change the status based on any criteria (instead of ignoring the leads).

Cool new features. Some of them just slip right on in there. :)
