Remote agents do not hang up

I currently have an issue where remote agents do not register as disconnected and show in the queue as on a call. They can stay in the queue for upwards of 10 minutes. I have seen several posts related to this behavior but no resolution. Even saw one from mcargile. Figured I would take another stab at asking about it again.

I should say that the better way to describe this is that the agents don't register as available after they hang up the call.

EDIT:

I assume this has something to do with my AST_VDremote_agents process. Here is an SQL error I saw. Maybe a bug?:
