Hi Guys, could you help me on the dial plan for south korea?

sure. post the number patterns (how many digits? do you dial "1" or "0" to dial within the country? are there rules about any of the digits, similar to the "cannot be a 0 or 1 for the first digit" rule in the US?)

OK, now ... will you be dialing the +82 to make these calls through your provider, or will you be dialing through a South Korean provider and leaving off the 82? Are you dialing mobile number from inside Korea or land lines from outside?
Can't construct the rules without knowing what you are dialing ...
In other words, which of the rules on that wiki apply to you/your situation?
If you are not sure ... try dialing a few sample numbers through your provider and see which ones "go through" properly and which ones result in "congestion" or "cancel". When we have the final rules that apply to You (as opposed to variable rules that may apply to various people's of various regions ...) it'll be a lot easier to write rules that will work (and terminate illegal calls before they are attempted, etc).
