recordings file permission for external ip

how do I get a recordings via web using the external ip .coz it says "forbidden ...." but when im using a localhost its fine ..

Can somebody here guide me on how to configure .

You need to allow the external IP in the relevant section inside etc/httpd/conf.d

Plus sort your f/w rules out which IM sure has been done
