Why do some calls disappear from the Realtime page?

Hello,
I m having vicidial and working fine.
VERSION: 2.4-364a | Asterisk 1.4.44 | Single Server | Digium PRI card | No Extra Software After Installation | CentOS release 5.5
My Issue is :
When call comes and if any agent is free then the call connects to agents directly. But when call comes to DID and if the agents are not free then the call is going on Music on hold. The call is waiting. This call is listed in the realtime report. But after few seconds the call gets disappeared from the report. Though the call is on MOH.
Now, when any agent becomes free, the waiting call should connect to agent. But it is not happening.
Any Help please.
