Cut Off Recordings

Hi Guys,

Were having an issue to our recordings. we noticed that some of are recordings did not record the first minute of the call, it means that, it did not record the first part of the call. Please help... Thanks!

Please check "Recording Delay" in the campaign detail view.

Thanks for your reply. The Recording Delay in the campaign detail is already set to 0.

perform some tests and see when this occurs. all calls?some calls? only when server is heavily loaded?
