Hi everyone I'm newbie, I'm having this problem don't know what to do 1st time job as an IT admin in call center can someone help me with this..

solution to congestion can be as simple as adding a "1" to the number dialed (missing 1 can often cause the call to be rejected). however, it can also be caused by not having money on the account and by trying to dial a country you are not registered for (calling UK from the US when the carrier has you marked for US calls only ... congestion!). it can also result from calling a disconnected number.

the simplest solution is to call your carrier and ask "why did you reject this phone call?". Then fix whatever they tell you was broken.
