asterisk not connect

first of all i am sorry for my bad language
i am beginner in vicidial now i am install vicidial 2.6.35 version . and i access vicidial using my local server ip
after that asterisk is not connecting so i can't connect phones or anything and also make time synchronization problem
please help me

1) Welcome to the party!

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

3) Perhaps you should download the Vicidial Manager's Manual (available at EFLO.net for free!) and begin at page one and work your way towards the back. When you get to the end you will have a working system. If/when you bump into a problem, post the page and paragraph that caused your problem along with a description (technical description, please, including any error codes on your screen and a statement of where that error code was viewed ...) and we will help you along.

Im not sure if this is the same issue I am having.

I have last night and then again this morning installed a new server from the vicibox 3.1.15 latest .iso and told it to update to latest version through svn.

Last night I imported a database from another server and update it to current so I wondered if this was the issue. However this morning I have done a fresh install and stayed with a default install, gone to web admin, set password and things, then reebooted.

Both these times asterisk does not load on boot.

I have just launched it manually by calling /usr/share/astguiclient/start_asterisk_boot.pl it now seems to have started correctly and all scripts are running.

Has something changed in the install script in the latest version of svn that fails to add whatever sript loads asterisk on server boot?

I am not sure where this is called any more. Anyone got any ideas?

Ok.

I have investigated further. It is called by an init script called vicidial. When I run this manually I get the following


Loading DAHDI drivers
Starting Sangoma wanrouter driver

ERROR: Wanpipe configuration file not found:
/etc/wanpipe/wanpipe1.conf

Sangoma failed to load! Fallback to dahdi_dummy module!
FATAL: Error inserting dahdi_dummy (/lib/modules/2.6.34.10-0.6-default/weak-updates/extra/dahdi_dummy.ko): Unknown symbol in module, or unknown parameter (see dmesg)
dahdi_dummy NOT loaded


So appears it is being caused by dahdi not loading properly.

What method of installing dahdi is used by vicibox?

If you updated the operating system (that upgrades the kernel) then you need to recompile dahdi http://www.vicidial.org/VICIDIALforum/v ... 286#p87454
