Hello, I load a leads and the dial method is manuel.but I do not how calling from the client interface numbers that are in the leads I do not understand the operation.

I'm fairly new to this......however......

On the agent screen, assuming the agents are allowed to manual dial, there should be a button "Dial Next" click this. Then you can Skip or Dial the lead.

It's in the Manual.

The Manual is a excellant resource.
