User id disappears after Active=N , mysql reset required

VERSION: 2.6-374a |BUILD: 120820-1104| scratch install centos 5.8 | no digium cards| single server.

after setting Active =N for any user id , the user id gets disappears from the user list.
to activate the id i need to set it Active=Y via mysql command.

you can click on "USER LISTINGS: show all users"
that will add "&status=display_all" to the url and list all users, active and inactive

i didnt noticed "show all users" link as it is too small to notice

Yeah, actually not me either, I looked in the code and saw that a link was created,
then I looked some more in the web-ui and then I found the link
