problem regarding to transfer call

Here is the scenario..when one of our agents trying to transfer a call it was succesfully transffered for the first one but when he tried another transfer call then it wont able to transfer a call ..it says "contact your administrator" <-- the vici pops up.

and now im trying now where is the problem came from.. is this our server or to the number that we want able to transfer.

Here is the settings in our server under campaign:
Transfer-Conf DTMF 1: ********** (10 digits phone number)
Transfer-Conf Number 1: **********(10 digits phone number)
Enable Transfer Presets: ENABLED
Hide Transfer Number to Dial: DISABLED
Quick Transfer Button: PRESET_1
PrePopulate Transfer Preset: PRESET_1

Thanks for posting your specs. I think that the "error" says more than just "contact your administrator", however. I think it likely that the agent told you that's what it said, because they read the entire thing and remembered part of it. Please Look at the error and copy the entire thing.

Also: You stated that "it says...". But you did not state what (precisely) results in this message. So, in addition to the full message please also show all the button presses of the agent that result in this scenario.

ok william next time if we encounter again on that error..ill post it again here in more details..
