problem with queue

hello, I have a problem with the number of calls on my queue I have two servers VICIDIAL and I generated calls via iax from one server to another.
I noticed two things that I did not understand
1-when I configure the In-Group Call Handle Method on a CID agent interface counter queue is normal but the information is not stored while if I choose CIDLOOKUP is the opposite counter the queue is anormal and when I inserted information on the record fields done

i did not understand any of that. sorry. i also didn't see a question. or an explanation of why you would call from one to the other and if this is in some way related to the question you didn't ask. LOL

I still didn't understand any of that except that you may want to use a remote agent with 12 lines to send calls to another call center. The rest I just didn't understand, sorry.
