Live calls ringing and Answering Machines calls hitting...

Hello

We are using Vicidail for our auto outbound dialing

& we are facing a serious problem that agents on live calls are hearing ringing and Answering Machines after the auto call is hit...

As we're new were facing this problem and certainly not able to sort this out...

So it will be great if someone can help us out...:?

When i have had this problem in the past it has been down to poor internet connection or high load on the server . Thats the only time it ever happens

Usually clients who have this problem are using an odd carrier or a gateway of some sort that "answers" the call instead of merely passing it through. Upon answer, vicidial believes the call is live and processes accordingly. So posting this problem without your call path (is it a SIP provider? another asterisk server? a gateway? some sort of "VOIP appliance"?) means we have no idea why the calls are being "answered" prematurely. Post that path and we can be of much more use. :)
