Per Campaign own List ID

Hi,
Manual Dial
Campaign: TESTCAMP1
Manual Dial List ID: 1000
Is there a way that each campaign will have separate list of its own? What we have now is if agentA under Testcamp1 campaign tries to dial a number 18001111111 to which this number is not yet on the list id anywhere it will fall under or create new lead ID to list id 1000, however if 18001111111 is already in any list id (say list id 1001, to TESTCAMP2campaign) it will upload its previous record . What I want to do is since 1000 list id is set to testcamp1 only it will just create/add new list ID to 1000, is that even possible?
