Call Notes and Appointment Setting

hi,
i have question about script. In goautodial 2.1 CE there is a pre build script which is named Call Notes and Appointment Setting. i am able to use this script but after submitting the schedule date where actually it save the data and how I could get that data. from Admin Report I can't get that data. Am i suppose to mysql to get that data. If so then please guide me.
To Kumba, mflorell, williamconley, enjay, Michael_N, Staydog, gardo, Op3r, gerski, mcargile do not ask me how it is installed or what is the hardware because it is in vmware work station and for testing purpose. if i succeed only then it will be implemented otherwise not.
if you can't help me then do not tell me to buy the manager manual because i already have it and there is nothing about that script and how to use it or how to get the report from that script.
