campaign calls recording automatically stop

my campaign's call recording automatically stop some times.
campaign rec settings = allforce

but some times stop and record random recordings.

can any one suggest me a solution..

Hi

Post your install method and vicidial version/build.

check your system load average when this happens (in real-time main report, depending on version maybe? )
check your asterisk CLI when this happen

my vicidialnow version is 2.0.4-121
asterisk version is 1.2.27

You should seriously consider upgrading. Or a fresh install. :)

Fresh Installation can be performed with Vicibox.com (officially supported) or GoAutoDial.com (not supported by The Vicidial Group, but does perform a valid installation in CentOS). Each of the sites has its own installation instructions, and each site will install "Vicidial" (which is the software being installed ... these are only installation .iso sites!). Vicibox, however will install the latest version (including updates as of TODAY) while GoAutoDial, which is not compatible with the latest code, does have that pretty screen. Either way: You get Vicidial, just a newer version or a prettier skin on the agent screen, up to you :)
