I have a CRM telecom operator how I can integrate with VICIDIAL.

This is a software that manages their client. is the database of their subscribers.

OK. You have software that contains a list of prospects. Do you want to bring in all the prospects at once and dial them ... or just small groups ... or one at a time ...?

yes all at once, but the application is client server, I can not export their database. call center operates on this principle, if I receive a call from a client I require the following to go open the software to view customer information, they call for problems of numbers or credit is on their phones

have a look at the manual for Web Form and Script. It is entirely possible to have the phone number of the caller (or a code entered by the agent) create a Popup (either at the moment the call begins or at any time thereafter) based on the callerid or code. There are even two web forms available (second one requires activation). You can put in special codes to cause anything to be in the web form url to allow your agent screen to automatically request this information from the CRM at the moment the call begins or at any time thereafter at the push of a button by the agent.
