Voicemails not deleting after email?

Hey Team, is there a reason when "Delete Voicemail After Email: Y " voicemails still increase in the inbox? Is it because the emails are failing? It seems that sometimes when I have this setting set to yes that the Voicemail box still fills up and takes up disk space. I am referring to the feature in Admin >> Voicemails.

Your help is appreciated.

Never had anyone complain of this ... which may be because nobody uses it. LOL

Perhaps you could test it in a controlled situation ... leave yourself a VM and see if you (a) get the VM in email and (b) it deletes ...?

Check the callerid of the call, and track that to the lead and see if they have anything in common ... perhaps a common DID/Campaign/Ingroup/CallMenu/Time of Day?
