Lost download link for manager's manual !

I bought and downloaded a copy of the manager's manual some months ago. I believe there has been an update since then and I wanted to get hold of it. Can you resend me the link if possible please! I have version 2.20 at the moment

Thank you! Done that and its resolved. I need to buy another as I bought the original earlier than I had remembered!
