I have set up two remote agents that are connected to separate campaigns. They both work when they are made active, one at a time, but when I activate them both at the same time only the first one activated runs and the second one doesn't. I am using the Real-Time Main Report to tell which campaign is running.
Is this the way it is supposed to work, or is there something wrong?
Current setup:
VICIdial VERSION: 2.6-375a
BUILD: 120831-1523
Single Server
Asterisk 1.4.44-vici (build27)

Please also post your installation method with version (such as "Vicibox 3.x.x" or "GoAutoDial 2.X").
Ordinarily your problem is caused by "running out of channels". The first campaign to get them wins and the other is starved for channel attention. Limit the channels in use (reduce the dial ratio ...) to a very low number on both to test.

Thank you, William! I will try that. In the future I will also post that my installation method was ViciBox 4 beta 2 (which I have updated since then). I appreciate your intelligent answer.
