Can you block inbound numbers

Never thought this would happen but we have a customer harassing a call center lol. We called this guy one time and he told the agent to mark him as a DNC, the agent did so but now this customer keeps calling us! He's called over 8 times in the last 10 minutes... how do I block someone from calling my dialer or inbound line? Is there a way for vici to check inbound calls against the internal DNC and if they are on it send them a message and then disconnect the call?
