Hi Guys,

I always have this issue in my vicidial, two recordings with the same file, but only the last call has been saved. We called one number twice in the same day but in different time. REC ID has been generated in both calls and both of them has the same filename:

DATE/TIME RECID FILENAME LOCATION
2012-11-14 19:18:47 1315807 20121114-190831_FFG_2533704624_6025 Has location
2012-11-14 19:11:00 1315707 20121114-190831_FFG_2533704624_6025 No Location

Here are the logs of both calls:

Shall I assume you modified the recording name field for the campaign?

Hi Wil,

Yes and the format is like this:
FULLDATE_CAMPAIGN_CUSTPHONE_AGENT

Is this the reason?

It should be working, but you may want to consider changing it back to the default. As a test.

And find out when it fails ... see if you can "duplicate" or "force" the failure. Once you can predict it, we may be able to see if you have a buggy version. Of course, you may also want to svn up your vicidial just to be sure you aren't experiencing a bug someone else has already had fixed (I hate when that happens, LOL).
