Hello Everyone,

I have question regarding my dial plan. Im using this as what our provider send us this dial plan should be use

exten => _01165.,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
exten => _01165.,2,Set(CALLERID(number)=+65XXXXXXXX)
exten => _01165.,3,Dial(${TRUNK}/${EXTEN},50,o)
exten => _01165.,4,Hangup

Because we have issue in our CID calling to SG this should be added in our Dial Plan. Then when we are using this dial plan there are many problems occurred
like "Live Call" appears when ringing or sometimes no Ring at all then client answered. Do plus (+) sign has any conflict with the asterisk script?

why would you want to have a + in your callerid?

have you tried it without this 2nd line to see if that resolves your issue? This strikes me as something you should just test on your system instead of waiting for someone who is not there (and cannot test) to guess what your problem might be ... :)

Hi William, this is confirmed problem with our carrier provider as they require us to put +65XXXXXXXX or 65XXXXXXXX to fix Caller ID issue. still same problem with our CID. We tried 5 Telco Providers and our CID will appear in our client side as +165XXXXXXXX (USA) or +60301.

Do you any suggestions or can refer a good carrier provider that we can use to dial Singapore with good connection, fair Price and Caller ID is stable.

Thanks

You stated "same problem" and "carrier provides" and even "appear client side as" ... but none of those showed the problem you are experiencing. Perhaps you are typing faster than I can read. LOL

You may be able to use the loopback dialplan to make modifications on a 2nd leg call (canadian vicidial calls benefit from this and there are several posts that show usage).
