Many calls recorded in one file

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me with my problme. Almost of our recordings are mess up, there are one, two, or more calls has been recorded in one single file. Its like they merge into one file. Im not sure with this, can you tell the difference of ALLFORCE and ALLCALLS in campaign recording. I checked in the manual but im not sure if i understand. Right now im using ALLFORCE.

How can we set a recordings that only one call will be recorded in one file?

I hope you can help me guys.

were these manual dial calls?

How many agents are on your system?

What are the hardware specs?

this is happen on both: Manual and Auto Dial Calls.

Right now we have 40 agents: but were running two Asterisks were each server has 20 agents.

Here are the specs of hardware on each server:

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz
Memory - 16GB
HDD - 500GB 7krpm

We did make some changes a couple months ago to address this issue, the fix would be in a more recent svn/trunk version if you want to upgrade and try it out.

Can you tell what is the latest version?
If you also don't mind, can you give an instruction for updating SVN/Trunk.
