Calls Disappearing on NANQUE,Drop,AFTRHRS,etc.

Hi. Let me first say Vici has been amazing and to date has worked very well. But just spotted something that is losing us a lot of inbound calls and can't figure out how to fix it.

The issue is that calls seem to be disappearing when triggering to another in-group.

Here is the set-up/flow.

TV commercial plays and displays one DID. DID points to in-group A.

In-group A receives 350 calls and is set up with call times from Midnight to 2 AM. 350 calls come in after 2 AM so 350 are shown on the report as AFTRHRS

My Afterhours In-Group is Ingroup B which has the call times from 2AM to 4AM . Ingroup B shows 320 calls in, 50 answered 50 AFTRHRS and 220 NANQUE.

My NANQUE and AFTRHRS for the latter is In-Group C. Ingroup C reports 240 calls in and 240 calls answered.

The issue is that Group A received 350 calls (verified on the DID call stats page) that all have the status AFTHRS, but my AFTHRS group (B) stated only 320 in (missing 30 calls) then 270 should have went to C, but C states 240 (another 30 Missing calls). In total almost 20% of the calls always disappear. They don't show up on the in-group report as Drop, hangup, etc. Just don't register between the in-groups. It seems to only happen on my large TV spikes so maybe the system is kicking them? Not sure how to figure out what is happening exactly.

We have 2 boxes and the TV calls generate roughly 100 calls per hour with 45 max concurrent calls. The calls are split between the two boxes.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

first check the logs to find a specific callerid that "disappeared"

then check your /var/log/astguiclient logs to see if you can trace this call. also /var/log/asterisk

also check your VDAD reports and see if your system disappears these calls always during heaviest load ... which could mean your system is overloaded.
