Either your internet bandwidth is less than you believe (have you tested or is this what someone told you?) or it is incapable of supporting the load for some reason. This could be a bad router or switch locally or from your ISP.

It is also possible that your 4th login person is somehow breaking something by logging in .. (ie: if that 4th person who breaks the system is always the last person ... log them in first once and see if they still break functionality upon login!).

It is also possible that your Core i5 system is somehow overloading, although at this level it should not ... you did not mention how many lines you are dialing per agent or your server load during these mishaps. For instance: If you are dialing 80 lines per available agent and you have 3 agents logged in ... you are dialing 240 lines plus the 3 external agents. Total 243 lines. Kinda hefty. Add a fourth ... now you are at 324 lines which may overload your server or your network connection. So: Network usage on the server? CPU Load on the server during the moment of darkness?

well I tested with www.speed.net and almost always said 110mb down 10.9mb up. but a couple of time we been force to reset the router because the hold internet went down. is a new modem router, an actually we use Comcast business . the load is 0.2 - 0.1- 0.3 with four. I going a see if I change the gigabit switch. I hope that is the problem. we only do like 2 lines per agent, so max possible is 10 lines. also I been suspecting about an agent who when he logging appear to be problems. I going a test the network also and see

thank you
