VICIDIAL VERSION: 2.4-325c BUILD: 110430-1924
Hello, I had been having this particular problem where we have numerous in-calls and calling FLAWLESSLY then out of nowhere it just stops where we can't seem to dial out anymore, but the in-calls continues. When I look at the logs, We get the registration time-outs and when I go to "sip show registry" it shows that it has sent requests, but no luck. We use Nextiva as our sip trunk provider and it has just been frustrating of what it's going on. However, Nextiva DOES see the numbers getting called, but with a "unavailable" message on the call history, so I know it's dialing out. Calling a crapload at once seem to aggravate it.
I would show logs here, but our business is currently closed so I have no really way to get a good test until tomorrow, so i'll keep up to date about my situation.
Has anyone here have this problem before? =P
