Perhaps you should describe the situation under which this occurs ...? (Heavy load? only at 1AM? Only when agents whose name include the word "bacon" log in?)

How long has this system been in use?

Wow. That was deeply descriptive. LOL

When "a call comes in"? So ... only if there is a single call in the system? Or when Any Call comes in? This happens on EVERY call? Or Randomly?

Work with me here, The Vicidial Group does not charge by the word ... and if you're not on your Android phone you should be able to type a more descriptive sentence than that. :)

Do "some" calls work while others fail?
