VERSION: 2.4-309a |BUILD: 110430-1642 | installed from ISO | asterisk 1.4.39(vici) | Sangoma 2port E1| 50agents

Users status and Agent Status Details Report is not matching with each other

For example :

Agent 1049: Agent Status Details Report showing # 353 call attempted but in users status showing is different #441

installed from ISO
Please post the NAME of the .iso. (distro with version at least ... often available during the ssh welcome/splash screen).

Perhaps you should look at the details in question and see which calls are missing from the other reports and see if there is a reason for that discrepancy. Usually the differences in reports are that they are looking at different logs created by different situations. Perhaps showing a "common" record (one that shows in both places) along with a "missing" record (one that is missing from the other) will enlighten us on your plight.

1) Please begin a new thread when asking a new question instead of hijacking another thread.

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) I would say that the information is different in the two reports and if you run them both you'll probably see that information and how it differs. Just a guess, though.
