Question on Survey Campaign

Here is my configuration:
GoAutoDial Standard version (version 2.1 CE)
100 agent setup.

I have an outbound "Press 1" survey created successfully, everything is running fine. However when the consumer presses 1 to get transferred to a call center agent, the number appearing as the inbound number is my DID (the one which I use to do the outbound broadcast), not the consumer's DID. How do I make the consumer's DID appear instead of mine?

Any help would be appreciated.

1) Welcome to the Party! 8-)

2) when you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

this IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

Similar to This:

Vicibox X.X from .iso | Vicidial X.X.X-XXX Build XXXXXX-XXXX | Asterisk X.X.X | Single Server | No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Intel DG35EC | Core2Quad Q6600

3) How are the calls arriving at your agents? Logged in agents? Remote Agents? On-Hook agents?

4) Consumers number is "CID" not "DID" (semantics, I know, but you should probably start using the terminology yourself so you get used to it and recognize it in the software later ...). DID is the number upon which a call arrives at your server, not the number being called by you or the number of the party who called you ... that is CID. (DID=direct inward dial, ie: the route a call should take upon entry into your telephone system; CID =caller id, ie: the identifier for someone making a call).

5) If you are using remote agents or external phones, set the system to dial those remote agents/external phones without the "agi" line in the dialplan (make a similar dialplan entry, omit or "noop" that line ... but remember there must be a line 1 or the dialplan in question will fail)
