We are facing challenges with Goautodial CE 2.0. Some of the outbound calls don't disconnect after the Users press Hang Up. It happens to about 1 in every 15-20 calls. Such calls hang up only after the customer(receiver) on the other side hangs up. We have tried:
1. Update_server_ip
2. Running the script for fixing any Table corruption issue
3. Re-istallaing on a new server
4. Mutiple Changes to dial Plan
Following is our configuration
Goautodial CE 2.0
Kernel Version 2.6.18-194.8.1.el5.goPAE (SMP)
asterisk 1.4.27.1-1
Server RAM : 4GB, Linux
Client Machines: 1 GB, Windows XP / Ubuntu
