Hi

We have enabled per call notes in campaign and agent entered call notes are visible under vicidial_call_notes table.
But same is not getting exported from the reports page ie lead export and call export.php.
Custom fields are getting exported.

For testing I installed another vicidial server on VM ware workstation , even there its same result.

Am i missing any config settings.

Thanks in advance.

admin.php version and build?

In the Call Export report did you select "Per Call Notes:" = YES?

Upgrade is covered in the How To SVN here: http://wiki.vicidial.org/index.php/SVN:howto there is a link at the bottom to a forum post with more information in it as well.

He also mentioned: Per call notes is set to Yes .

that is not a backup command. you must perform your backup before beginning your upgrade.

there is a script in /usr/share/astguiclient for backups. it contains directlys (execute it with "--help" to get instructions or check /usr/src/astguiclient/VERSION/docs).

backups for that script are stored in /var/log/astguiclient/archive
