autodial level incresing

Hello Every Body
I am using Vicidialnow 1.3, but here autodial lever is max is 4.0.but i need more like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8.
plz help me out how can i do that.

There is a setting to change the max auto-dial level:
"Admin" -> "System Settings" -> "Auto Dial Limit"

Not sure if its in vicidialnow though.

Make sure you change Maximum Adapt Dial Level under campaign detail...

If you dont do this, it might still say its dialing 6.0 (or whatever you select) but it wont be,,,

The max adapt dial level puts a cap on it it seems.. at least in the versions Ive used.

vicidialnow was still using vicidial version 2.0.5 which did not have any built in method to take ratio above 4.0. however, you can set the max adapt level to any number you like and set the drop ratio to 100% and that will have the same effect.

vicidialnow did not have system setting for auto dial limit.

but your BEST bet is to upgrade! you will then get the latest toys (and there are a huge quantity of new features and bugs fixed since then, vicidialnow is very old).

yes, you can upgrade vicidialnow (one version at a time) to get it to the latest version of vicidial. It'll require upgrading the database from 2.0.5 to 2.2.1, then to 2.4, then to 2.6 trunk. But the source code will just jump straight to the end.

alternately, you can build a new machine, copy in the old db and upgrade just the db.
