Firstly, read the requirements for posting to this support forum here:

You will get a better response by not using capital letters in your post, it is considered rude. You have clearly not read the manuals.

100 agents will require a dedicated database server and another Asterisk server.

Generic Minimum Suggested System for 100 users is:

1 Dedicated DB server
1 Dedicated Web server (for agent web and administration web)
4 Dialers
1 Archive server (for backups and recording storage)

All servers/dialers should be at least Quad processor with 2.3Ghz and 2G RAM.

None of the servers needs a large hard drive (20G is fine), except that Archive server which will require a large drive (depending on what you will be saving ... just database backups? or recording all calls and saving forever?).

DB server should have a fairly fast HD (best is 15K RPM SAS drive with 6G transfer rate).

You happen to have a DB server with SSD on it rather than SAS drive? which is better within the two?

I do not, but I believe others have and have had good results. However, with only 100 agents a 15K SAS drive is sufficient. Unless, of course, you do not want to bother with a SAS controller ... but then you'll need to be sure your SATA controller for your SSD drive is capable of the necessary throughput.
