(Solved) Rev. 1915 - paused Agent missing in Realtime

Postby Framercy » Fri Jan 11, 2013 7:11 am

Hello,

before posting to Mantis I want to be shure...

after upgrading my test environment from 2.4b0.5 to 2.6b0.5 (rev.1915) I have an issure with my realtime report.

I am missing my agents in pause mode!
The Time in the report defers 6 hours either - all time settings are set right here (GMT +1 Europe/Berlin)

The only thing that shows up is an empty table (If there is only 1 agent logged into the campaign)

Can someone confirm this?

'Available only telly' is on in this campaign so i am afraid that things go wrong there either.

Best regards
Fram

I can't duplicate the problem. If you have a time difference between your webserver and your database or dialer servers then that would explain what is going on, because agents that have been paused for over 6 hours are not displayed in the real-time report.

I would suggest checking your php time settings. You can confirm time mismatches by going to the Reports page, and in the bottom table click on the "+" plus sign next to the SERVERS header and you will see the times for your servers as well as PHP and your database.

Solved !

It was as simple as a wrong timezone entry in php.ini.

Yesterday I made a fresh test server install from Vicibox iso and didn`t check that...

So thnx matt for quick response....
