Call backs do not alert

Hello everyone, I seem to have bumped into a problem with callbacks. Some agents in my client's call center are not getting the screen pop alerting to an imminent callback they scheduled and reserved. I verified that the user profiles are an exact copy of the profile of fully functional agents. Any ideas?

The call center runs on Vicibox 4.0.1 (ViciDial SVN Trunk v.2.6-375a build 120831-1523 revision 1858) with external MySQL server if that matters, all agents are using Firefox as a browser.

Are you saying that it does not show the link, the link is not showing the availability of callbacks, it's not RED, it's not BLINKING, or just that it does not Pop? (Or some combination ...?)

External DB should have zero effect. Firefox is expected (and if all are using it ... that alone should not be an issue).

However: Are firefox settings the same on all agent machines (Honestly, not likely related, but the question popped into my head and I have no self-control, LOL).

Also: I could have sworn I remembered a button on-screen for agents to enable/disable the popup. Been a while since I used that feature personally.

Like you William I don't go on the agent interface very often, but after doing so this afternoon, I realize that the "pop" is in fact just a blinking hyperlink... The agents were expecting a new window or frame or something! I'll set for it to blink and that should make it more obvious. Sorry to bother over such nonesense!
