Hi All

Just wondered if you could assist me with an issue that I have displaying custom fields on the lead page...

Even though the custom fields information appears in the database and when you export leads, when you click on the lead it seems to be greyed out as per the image..

Hope I have explained that well... your help with this would be much appreciated...

1) Goautodial 2.1
2) 0.35, 1.22, 2.76
3) Intel Xeon 2.4 Ghz, 8GB RAM, 1.5TB SATA HDD RAID 1
4) G711 ulaw
5) VOIP
6) Centos 5.5

custom fields do not appear on the lead page, they appear on the "form" tab at the top.

Hi Bill

Yes i understand that from an Agents perspective they will see the custom fields on the form tab however - when the administrator is auditing the leads he normally opens up the lead as per screenshot above and views the information that was entered in the form tab in the box above titled: Custom Leads for this lead... this has worked before with another company who was using goautodial 2.1 also so i assumed there must be something that I am not doing right... else why would that box exist...

I believe they show when modifying the record.

Any chance you have some type of HTML in the label or something for the custom field?

also html or any special characters anywhere in the record or in the custom field entries.

test it on a fresh list with a single custom field with just the word "hello" in it. if that works, then you can begin the slow road of finding all your changes until you bump into the one that broke functionality

or change to latest SVN (even if in a virtual machine for testing) to see if you can get this function working in a fresh box ... and consider upgrading your live box to match.
