Two internal ip networks on same server

Hi,

Have the following installed and running quite well. I am able to make inbound/outbound calls with the dialer.
Single Server | Asterisk 1.4.27.1-1 | vicidial version: 2.4-311a | BUILD: 110514-1351 | Sangoma Card with two E1 slots
Dahdi | Xlite soft phones | No other software installed

I have two two campaigns running on the server. The agents are now to be migrated to two different networks and fill follow two independent ip address schemes with no inter access allowed between the departments.

So what I need to do is move the agents to two campaigns, using different E1 lines, having no data sharing -which is doable. Is it possible to access the server with two different ip addresses from two different subnets and have everything running smoothly?

thanks in advance

Yep. As long as the IP listed in the vicidial configuration is valid (so it can see an identify itself), the actual IP with which trunks and agents communicate is irrelevant to Vicidial. It needs to know its own IP so it can know which phones to put in SIP.conf and such items as that. So just be sure a proper IP is still there in Vicidial and you may add as many "other" IPs as you like (within the rules of IP networking, of course ...). Multiple subnets is not a problem.
