I have configured Inbound Campaign and IVR which is working absolutely fine.
The issue I am facing is when I select Handle Method: CID in call menu it gives me all the call report properly along with DROP call report
But when I Handle Method: CIDLOOKUP in call menu it doesn't give me the proper DROP CALL report for Inbound calls
