CID and CIDLOOKUP

I have configured Inbound Campaign and IVR which is working absolutely fine.

The issue I am facing is when I select Handle Method: CID in call menu it gives me all the call report properly along with DROP call report

But when I Handle Method: CIDLOOKUP in call menu it doesn't give me the proper DROP CALL report for Inbound calls

please post the name of the .iso (since 99.99% of installs ARE from .iso, the question is Which .Iso? LOL

You must show the URL for the report you believe has the incorrect information. As there are a great many reports in the system.

Also, seriously, consider upgrading to the latest version since it is unlikely that 2.2.1 will receive any major repairs (and you may find that upgrading resolves your issue if it is merely a bug instead of a "feature" or "by design").
