Hi guys when we do blended Call Campaign is there any chance we can differentiate the Incoming call with outbound call, so agents would not be confuse which is which.Any idea guys.thanks

1) Script can be different in list/campaign/ingroup

2) Ingroup will have color-coded notice at top of agent screen when call arrives. try red if they are not noticing now! LOL
