ring before answer with inbound calls

No Extra Software After Installation
both z77 I7-3770 32gb ram

HEllo is there a way for the agent to be allerted/ring that there is an inbound call before they answer it like an ordinary phone.

On-Hook Agent feature is what you are probably searching for. Set the On-Hook Agent to "Y" from admin --> phone -settings, and your agent's phone will ring like an ordinary phone.

If you use a remote agent, they need not have a computer. If you use on-hook agent, the "non answer" will ring to the next agent. If you put them together, you can have a regular desk phone that will ring over to another phone if not answered.

Please remember to post your Installation method (.iso name or link to installation instrcutions that were used). It can often help get you answers pertinent to your installation in addition to allowing anyone else with that same installation method find your posts. And google does all the work. LOL
